When you submit a trip request, the contact form, or the “Request This Deal” modal on our website, we collect only the information you voluntarily provide:

• Your preferred destinations, dates, and party size

Our forms open your local email application pre-filled. We do not run JavaScript analytics that track you across other websites.

How we use it

We use this information solely to:

• Respond to your trip request and provide travel consultation
• Book flights, hotels and related services on your behalf (with your consent)
• Communicate with you about your trip or reservation

Who we share it with

We only share your information with third parties when strictly necessary to book and deliver the travel services you requested — for example, airlines, hotels, tour operators, and licensed tour wholesalers. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to marketers.

Email delivery

When you submit a form on our site, your message is sent directly from your own email application to info@molazy.com. No intermediate form-processing service receives your data. If we later switch to a form backend provider, we will update this policy.

Our website does not set tracking cookies. The site may use strictly necessary functional storage (e.g., remembering whether you’ve closed a modal during your current visit).

Your rights

You may request deletion of any information you’ve shared with us at any time by emailing info@molazy.com. We will confirm the deletion within a reasonable period.
